Fall is here!!!! Well, not really, but it's right around the corner and I couldn't be anymore excited for my favorite season of all time. I've already got fall decorations up in our home and I've been experimenting in the kitchen with some new fall recipes. So, today I'm going to share with you one of the most requested items in the Cano household. PANCAKES...... With a twist.

Whew! What a year so far. 2020 seems to be turned upside down in the last few months. Maybe. Kind of. In a way I see it as God trying to wake something up in each of us spiritually, but then there's that fleshly part of me that is just worried about how horribly summer has been. Either way, I think it's safe to say that many of us have found ourselves feeling afraid, discouraged,
Hey you guys! Happy Tuesday. It's been a little while since my last life update so I decided to go for it and talk to you guys about some goals my husband and I have for our little family of 5. Today's the last day of JUNE (my birthday month) and with a new month, comes new goals, new plans,
This blog post is probably the one I'm most excited for because my hubby is helping me write it, (hopefully we can get a video out on this too). I've had so many questions about our marriage restoration recently; so, if you've been interested in reading about that testimony, check out my original post: From Ashes to Riches. It's definitely due for an update,

My biggest struggle as a Network Marketer

in , by Cynthia Cano, 12:00 PM
Network Marketer? What in the world is that? Those were exactly my thoughts just a year ago. Truth is, I had heard of the term, but never had an idea of what it was, not even in my adulthood. Now the sad part is, that when I finally learned what a Network Marketer was, I scoffed at the idea and thought it was nothing but scams.

Since having baby #3, I’ve been more determined than ever to reach my weightloss goals as well as live a healthier lifestyle in general. Besides taking my amazing supplements, I’ve also been trying to change my entire families eating habits and get everyone active. But one thing I’ve been dying to try is green smoothies.

Removing the Filter

in , by Cynthia Cano, 12:30 AM
If you want to make an impact, you have to remove the filters.
I felt those words burning in my spirit after reading Naaman’s story (2 Kings 5:1-15). This man was a warrior and captain of the Syrian army. He was highly respected in his community, but, he was filtering out what he didn’t want them to see. Secretly, he was a leper — he was unclean. And it took someone who was close to him to realize that he needed to be healed because he was hurting himself more than he was making an impact.

I am always up for honesty and transparency, and if I'm completely honest with you, I haven't always put God first. I know, not many people tend to admit that, but if I am going to learn and strive to make him a priority in my life, then I need to by honest with myself and my readers. I cannot encourage you guys to do something if I'm not doing it first; there's no way. For that reason, this whole month of January, I'm on a mission to put God first in everything and I'm hoping you join along.
