Turn your over ripe bananas into a smoothie

Apr 24, 2020

Since having baby #3, I’ve been more determined than ever to reach my weightloss goals as well as live a healthier lifestyle in general. Besides taking my amazing supplements, I’ve also been trying to change my entire families eating habits and get everyone active. But one thing I’ve been dying to try is green smoothies.

Now let me tell you, I don’t like to drink anything green lol. But I’ve been very interested in trying out a spinach smoothie because I actually like it and it has so many benefits! I had some ripe bananas sitting on the counter that I just knew we were not going to eat because 90% of the time, bananas in the Cano residence get ripe and then go in the trash so I used them. We literally, almost 90% of the time leave bananas sitting on the counter til we can’t eat them anymore. Please don’t ask me why lol.

The smoothie came out super D E L I C I O U S. I mean, it was amazing!!! It so simple and easy to make and I know you will enjoy. Heck! Even your kids will enjoy it.

If all green smoothies taste this good, I think we just became a smoothie family! I can’t wait to experiment with a new recipe soon. But in the mean time, I’m hoping you love this one just as much as I did and if you do, make sure to share with someone who you think will benefit from it! Oh! And if decide to post a pic of your smoothie with this recipe, be sure to tag me!
